Search for and supply of workers from all over the world for various positions on the ship who are dedicated and effective.
To find the efficient, qualified and suitable seafarers (Including officers & ratings).

Our Licence

Crew Resources

Presently Myanmar has about 15000 officers and around 50000 rating active resources and one third is stand by at the end of 2022.
Have around 250 new cadets yearly graduated from MMU (Myanmar Maritime University ) and MMMC (Myanmar Mercantile Marine College)
Have around 1000 ratings yearly produced from DMA approved Private Marine Trainings Center
Our crews are completed basic education and also graduated from MMU: they all finished the basic training courses for seafarers
To provide life chances for many youths of Myanmar, we are addressing the gap by giving both training and employment opportunities to Myanmar youths

Crew Selection

All of our Officers, Engineers and Rating are selected and appointed under the STCW 1978,as amended and depend on their certificates, working experiences, responsibility, reliability, hard working, honesty, skillful English, good services records, adaptation and co-operation with all other foreign crew, especially with China, India, Indonesia, Korea ,Ukerine,Russia Crews.

Training

Blue Wave Marine Co.,Ltd. fully recognizes the imperative need for additional training to ensure assignment of qualified manpower onboard the diverse fleet under managements. They also provide online training , CES test , Marlin Test , Simulator Test,Workshop etc.
